I take the minimum of convincing that London is the best place to be at any time of the year, but I always think the place seems to kick back a little on bank holiday weekends and gets the nearest it ever does to a state of serenity as the greater part of its population sits it out in traffic jams on the nation’s motorway network.
All in all, one of the perfect weekends of the year to go out city walking. Care to join me?
I’ve scheduled six walks over three days (Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday) which between them cover most of The City and the heart of Westminster, details and link to the bookings page here.
And you never know, if you’re very lucky I might even bring along a bag of Creme Eggs for us to munch on the way round 😛
